I work remotely and was not good about stepping away from my desk to recharge. Since I began implementing your strategies, I have started taking time out to meditate for 10 minutes in the middle of my day. I find I come back to work with renewed energy. I also use the breathing exercises when I am feeling stressed. However, the best experience for me is being more mindful. While in the shower I pay attention to the water running through my hair. On a walk I pay more attention to simple things around me. Thanks for all that you do!
