And always I had so many arguments with my boss but now the situation is completely changed. I work remotely and was not good about stepping away from my desk to recharge. Since I began implementing your strategies, I have started taking time out to meditate for 10 minutes in the middle of my day. I find I come back to work with renewed energy. I also use the breathing exercises when I am feeling stressed. You inspire and encourage me to be more positive and loving toward myself. Thanks for all you do!
