Working with the vibrations of crystal sound bowls, this class will support you in healing and aligning your chakras to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Come unwind, release, and reset with us!

Join me for a FREE 1-hour VIRTUAL Grounding Sound Bath to honor Mother Earth on Sunday, April 23rd from 7pm - 8pm CDT! A private access link will be sent to you with your RSVP. You will also receive a link for the replay after the event so you can experience this class whenever you would like, as many times as you would like. All levels of meditators are welcome to join!
