Hi, I'm Stephanie! 

Holistic transformation coach, wellness blogger, 200-hour registered yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and sound healer! As a coach, I empower unfulfilled women to find their purpose & create an intentional, soul-aligned life they LOVE!
 

My life's mission is to help women who are feeling stuck to find their passions, discover their purpose, and step into their power so they can create a life that lights them up from the inside out!

spent the majority of my early 20s feeling unfulfilled, stressed, burned out, and constantly trying to please other people. I always did what I thought I was “supposed” to do: I went to college, got a business marketing degree, and started corporate ladder climbing with my 9-5 career. On paper, my life looked great, but on the inside...I was MISERABLE!

I had no idea what my purpose was on this earth, but I KNEW I was meant for more

  • I would spend my mornings curled up on my bed with my comforter wrapped around me, absolutely dreading the day ahead
  • I would often find myself in tears on my way to work - unfulfilled, stressed, and EXTREMELY burnt out
  • My diet went to sh*t due to my constant stress eating
  • My hair fell out by the handfuls, I was sick all the time & became very depressed 
  • I would try to escape my unhappiness in all kinds of destructive ways - always searching for something to fill the void & the emptiness that was there from not doing the work that I was put on this earth to do

Once I began my healing journey, I was able to:

I work remotely and was not good about stepping away from my desk to recharge. Since I began implementing your strategies, I have started taking time out to meditate for 10 minutes in the middle of my day. I find I come back to work with renewed energy. I also use the breathing exercises when I am feeling stressed. However, the best experience for me is being more mindful. While in the shower I pay attention to the water running through my hair. On a walk I pay more attention to simple things around me. You have inspired and encouraged me to be more positive and loving toward myself!
